Supporting People to Move at home - two new publications launched

HCHA and Carers NZ (funded by ACC) have launched (29 April 2015) two resources:

 

1.  A brochure (printed and online) which gives techniques and tips to carers and support workers who are helping people to move in their home environment (6.5 mb)

You can order up to 20 at a time, but can make multiple orders.  ACC want to track where it is going.
