Counties Manukau Homecare Trust is a non-profit Charitable Trust that has been providing flexible, client centred support to help individuals maintain their independence and quality of life in their own homes since 1990. 

 

Funded Services

To be eligible for funded care, you need to be assessed by the Needs Assessment & Service Coordination. Our skilled support workers provide services that may include:

Personal Care

Household Management

Medication Supervision

Grocery Shopping

Mobility Assistance

 

Private Services

For those that do not quality for funded care, we can provide private services. 

 

Coverage

South of Manukau City, the greater Papakura and Franklin Districts. 

 

Holds current Certification to Ngā Paerewa Health & Disability Services Standard NZS 8134:2021
